Our pelvic muscles support the uterus, bladder, and rectum. A weak pelvic floor can result in organ prolapse, urinary leakage, constipation, and less pleasure during sex. In fact, urinary incontinence is a common problem in women of all ages, especially after menopause or childbirth. Our Kegel chair helps women recover from childbirth and treats mild organ prolapse.
The Kegel Chair is a non-invasive treatment that strengthens your pelvic floor muscles. It works to reverse mild to moderate urinary incontinence, tighten the vaginal walls, prevent pelvic organ prolapse, and improve overall bladder and bowel function.
It uses high-intensity focused electromagnetic (HIFEM) technology to stimulate the muscles in your pelvic floor. You simply sit on the electromagnetic chair, fully clothed and the FDA-approved technology contracts your pelvic floor muscles for you. You will have a stronger pelvic floor in just three weeks as one 30-minute session is equal to almost 12,000 Kegel exercises. If you complete the recommended six sessions, it is equal to a year’s worth of pelvic floor physical therapy!
Six sessions for optimal results. You will complete two 30-minute sessions a week for three weeks. We also recommend a maintenance treatment every 6 months.
Yes! The Kegel Chair is an FDA-approved alternative to traditional pelvic floor therapy. After just 6 sessions, 95% of women report stronger pelvic floor muscles and 75% of women experience less urinary leakage.
Women of all ages. We recommend it to any woman who is recovering from childbirth trauma; suffering from urinary leakage when she coughs, laughs, or jumps; wanting to improve her sex life by improving her pelvic squeeze; or who just wants to keep her pelvic floor strong and healthy.
No. Similar to a TENS device, you will feel a combination of skin tingling, fast muscle contractions, and deep throbbing vibrations. The muscles will feel sore and fatigued, like after an intense workout, but the Kegel Chair doesn’t cause pain.
No. You will sit on the Kegel Chair while fully clothed. It is recommended that you wear comfortable clothes with no zippers and remove all jewelry.
On average, the results last a little less than a year, which is why we recommend that you complete a maintenance treatment every 6-12 months.
No. Women who are pregnant; have a ParaGard IUD; have metal in their hips, pelvis, or back; have an implanted medical device (pacemaker, neurostimulator, insulin pump, etc.); or who has active cancer cannot use the Kegel Chair. Additionally, women should wait until their period has stopped to use the Kegel Chair as it can temporarily increase bleeding.
Although the Kegel Chair uses technology that is FDA-approved and provides clinically proven results, it is not covered by insurance. Even so, the treatment is very affordable.
